PRUDENT ENTERPRISES' began as a general works contractor in 2003. Over the years the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills and experiences in design and build solutions, Project management services and related engineering works.
Today 'PRUDENT ENTERPRISES' takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to Residential, Institutional, commercial and Industrial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-added services to our clients.
Our objective is to provide to our clients with an "I am assured" experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensure that client's objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all process.
Our project management and execution policy is to create detailed schedule and resource plan to meet clients objective, communicate clearly with all the project stake holders, track project progress and fine-tune deviations, supervise closely on the quality of work done along with complete and commission the project on time.
